National Dietitian’s Day – Windsor Star ad

So far 2012 has been a fast paced year with al my fund raising for my Kilimanjaro climb in Sept (www.climbkili2012.com). With much more to come and to show off…

Right now – I’m proud to show off a new client – Windsor Essex Community Health Centre’s – and their newest add in the Windsor Star today.

It’s always nice to photograph a wedding in a different location than my hometown. So when I get a chance to head east to Cape Breton Island where my wife’s family is originally from I enjoy it even more!

Jessica and Mark live and work out west like most young Capers these days. So that day was the first time I got to meet them both. By the end of the night I knew them and their wedding party quit well.

My highlight was the hidden beach we all went to for photos. The setting couldn’t have been more to my liking!

Thanks for letting me be apart of such an amazing day!
Cheers!

Melissa and Marc are another couple I got to know a bit better during their engagement photo shoot last fall on the campus of Windsor University. They asked to do it there as this is when and where they met – while attending U.
The morning of the wedding I drove to Leamington and right to Melissa’s parents place before going to see Marc and the boys. Normally I see the fellas first and then my bride but she asked me to photograph her dress first before getting into it as by the time I would have gotten back she would have already had it on. Off to the guys and then getting ready…then back to the Melissa’s parents place. The ceremony was at St Michael’s where I have photographed a few weddings throughout my years.
After dropping my car off at the Roma Club I hoped onboard the limo bus and we headed to Lakeside Park in Kingsville. The rain held off the entire time thankfully until we were back on the bus going to Pelee Island Winery where Melissa’s colourful umbrellas got some good use.
Thanks for letting me be apart of your day Melissa and Marc and sharing in the memories that will last a lifetime!
Cheers

Travel photos – Australia

Travel photos – Australia

In my early 20’s I had the pleasure to travel Australia for 6 months. (should have been a full year but that’s a very long story…) Lugging my full camera equipment with tripod while backpacking was a challenge but well worth the effort put in as you’ll see by some of my favourite photos I produced while there. Keep in mind these are all shot on film (some slide, some negatives) and then scanned to high resolution.
There’s storys behind each and every photo. Which I’d be more than happy to tell you if asked.
If you want any of your favourites printed for your home, office or as a present to a friend or loved one, don’t hesitate to ask. Any size available with very good prices.
Enjoy.

Gina + Trevor

The last weekend of September I had the pleasure to photograph Gina and Trevor’s wedding here in Windsor, ON. The entire day was fun from start to finish including those crazy limo rides! Trevor being an architectural engineer we agreed to stop for some photos on the back side of the Casino where lines meet form and in case it rained we had a nice big over hang to stay dry. The rain held and with a quick stopover at their hotel to freshen up, we continued to the reception where the fun never stopped. Congrats to you both!

On a beautiful Saturday in September, the 19th to be exact. I headed upt to my first Chatham wedding for two great people, Jennifer and Shane. Another classic car happened to stand in for the typical limo which I love! I got to see the Retro Suits in downtown Chatham up close for the first time and loved them! Their room – Refresh was awesome! Actually the entire building and what it has to offer visually is suberb! Congrats to you both!
